Welcome to The Sculpt Me Studio. By purchasing classes, memberships, or services through our website or booking platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Agreements

Memberships may include minimum commitment periods. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the stated billing schedule and commitment length at the time of purchase.

All memberships are non-transferable.

2. Billing & Payment Authorization

By enrolling in a membership or purchasing services, you authorize The Sculpt Me Studio to charge the payment method on file for recurring or one-time payments.

Failed payments may result in suspension of booking privileges until resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Loss of class credit

• A late cancellation fee

• A no-show fee

Policies apply to both memberships, class packs, drop-ins, and intro offers.

4. Intro Offers

Introductory offers are available to new clients only and are limited to one purchase per person.

Intro offers are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe.

5. Class Packs

Class packs are non-refundable and expire according to the terms listed at purchase.

Unused classes will not be extended unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for memberships, class packs, or services except where required by law.

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating in classes or services, you acknowledge that Pilates and fitness activities involve inherent risks.

You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any injury or health condition that may arise.

Clients are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any fitness program.

8. Studio Rules

The Sculpt Me Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies or behaves in a manner that disrupts the experience of other clients.

9. Changes to Terms

The Sculpt Me Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
