At The Sculpt Me Studio, we value your time and the time of our instructors and community. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies apply.

Class Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel class reservations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start are considered late cancellations.

Late Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of class start:

• Class pack holders will lose one class credit.

• Members may incur a late cancellation fee of $20.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled class and do not cancel in advance:

• Class pack holders will lose one class credit.

• Members will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

This policy ensures fairness to waitlisted clients and instructors.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before class begins.

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show and subject to applicable fees.

Intro Offer Policy

Introductory offers:

• Are valid for first-time clients only.

• Are limited to one purchase per person.

• Must be used within the specified time frame.

• Are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Commitment Policy

Memberships with a commitment period (such as 3-month founding memberships) cannot be canceled before the commitment term ends.

After the commitment period, memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Membership payments

• Class packs

• Intro offers

• Drop-ins

• Missed classes

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of The Sculpt Me Studio in cases of medical necessity with documentation.

Policy Enforcement

The Sculpt Me Studio reserves the right to enforce all policies to protect the experience of our clients and instructors.
