Membership Agreement

Effective Date: 2/28/2026

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Sculpt Me Studio (“Studio”) and the purchasing client (“Member”).

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Types

The Sculpt Me Studio offers recurring monthly memberships, including:

• 4-Class Monthly Membership

• 8-Class Monthly Membership

• 10-Class Monthly Membership

• Unlimited Monthly Membership

• Founding Memberships (with defined commitment periods and rate-lock benefits)

Membership details, pricing, and benefits are described at the time of purchase.

2. Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize The Sculpt Me Studio to automatically charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis.

Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month.

Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information at all times.

Failed or declined payments may result in:

• Immediate suspension of booking privileges

• Late fees

• Loss of rate lock (if applicable)

3. Commitment Period (If Applicable)

Certain memberships, including Founding Memberships, require a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3 months).

During the commitment period:

• Membership cannot be canceled.

• Payments remain due regardless of attendance.

After the commitment period ends, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled according to Section 4.

4. Cancellation Policy

After any required commitment period:

• A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@thescultpmestudio.com

• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 30-day notice period.

Memberships cannot be retroactively canceled.

5. No Membership Pauses

Memberships may not be paused, frozen, or temporarily suspended.

All billing continues as scheduled unless canceled according to the terms above.

Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of The Sculpt Me Studio.

6. Founding Member Rate Lock Policy

Founding Members retain their locked-in rate only if:

• Billing remains active and uninterrupted.

• Payments are successfully processed on time.

• Membership is not canceled or allowed to lapse.

If a Founding Membership is canceled or billing fails and is not resolved promptly, the locked-in rate is permanently forfeited.

Re-enrollment, if available, will be at current standard rates.

7. Class Usage

Unused classes do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared.

8. Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable.

Membership payments are due regardless of attendance.

9. Studio Policies

Members agree to follow all studio policies, including cancellation, late arrival, and conduct policies.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

10. Termination by Studio

The Studio reserves the right to terminate any membership for policy violations, misconduct, or safety concerns.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Membership Agreement.
